Terms of service
These terms govern your use of How’s Bitcoin? at howsbitcoin.com (the website, the alerts and the API it is built on). By using the service you accept them.
The service
We publish analytics about the Bitcoin market. The free tier shows the live verdict and a transition history delayed by 24 hours. Paid tiers, where offered, remove the delay and add alerts, a member dashboard and developer access. Features may change; we will say so on the pricing section.
Not advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. See the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Accounts and payments
Paid plans, when available, are billed by our merchant of record, who handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes under their own terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and ends paid access at the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not resell, scrape at volume, or redistribute the data or alerts without permission, and do not attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits. Developer keys are personal to the account that created them.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Data sources can be late, wrong or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
